7월 22일

사도행전 21:26

그래서 바울은 그 다음날 그 네 사람을 데리고 가서, 함께 정결 예식을 한 뒤에, 성전으로 들어갔다. 그리고 정결 기한이 차는 날짜와 각 사람을 위해서 예물을 바칠 날짜를 신고하였다.

바울은 예루살렘 교회의 리더들에게 교회의 아직도 율법을 열성적으로 지키는 유대인들의 마음을 사기 위해서 정결 예식을 하라는 지시를 받았습니다. 바울은 지혜를 가지고 교회 리더들의 지시에 따랐습니다. 선교팀이 지혜를 가지고 전도를 할 수 있도록 기도하고 싶습니다. 바울이 디모데에게 할례를 베풀은 것처럼 선교팀이 복음을 더 효과적으로 전할 수 있도록 지혜를 가질 수 있도록 기도합시다.

Let us pray for the mission in Myanmar.

Acts 21:26

"The next day Paul took the men and purified himself along with them. Then he went to the temple to give notice of the date when the days of purification would end and the offering would be made for each of them."

Paul received instructions from the leaders of the Jerusalem church to undergo a purification ritual to appease the Jewish believers who were still zealous for the law. Paul, with wisdom, followed the leaders' instructions. We want to pray for the mission team to evangelize with wisdom. Just as Paul circumcised Timothy to make his mission more effective, let us pray for the mission team to have the wisdom to spread the gospel more effectively.

사도행전 21:14

바울이 우리의 만류를 받아들이지 않으므로, 우리는 "주님의 뜻이 이루어지기를 빕니다"하고는 더 말하지 않았다.

두번째로 어떠한 상황에서도 주님의 뜻대로 이루어지기를 기도하고 싶습니다. 저희가 지금 하고 있는 모든 것들을 주님의 뜻대로 할 수 있기를 원합니다. 지금 이 순간에도 그렇고 평소에도 어떠한 결정이 맞는지 모르는 순간이 굉장히 많습니다. 저희가 어떠한 선택을 할 때 기도로 간구하면서 모든 것을 주님의 뜻대로 하기를 원한다고 기도를 합시다.

Acts 21:14

"When he would not be dissuaded, we gave up and said, 'The Lord's will be done.'"

Secondly, we want to pray for the Lord's will to be done in any situation. We desire to do everything according to the Lord's will, both now and in our daily lives. There are many moments when we do not know what the right decision is. Let us pray that whenever we make choices, we seek through prayer to do everything according to the Lord's will.

오늘도 하루를 마무리하며 하나님과 교제의 시간을 갖기를 원합니다.

모든 것이 하나님의 뜻대로 이뤄지기를 원합니다.

저희들을 복음 진보의 도구로 사용하여 주세요.

저희들이 깨끗한 복음의 통로가 될 수 있도록 저희의 죄를 회개합니다.

저희들의 육신의 생각에 갇혀있지 않고 영의 생각을 따를 수 있도록,

저희들이 영적으로 더 민감해질 수 있도록 도와주세요.

예수님 이름으로 기도드립니다.

Heavenly Father,

As I conclude this day, I desire to have a time of communion with You.

I wish for everything to happen according to Your will.

Please use us as instruments for the advancement of the Gospel.

We repent of our sins so that we may be clean channels for the Gospel.

Help us not to be trapped by our fleshly thoughts but to follow the thoughts of the Spirit.

Help us to become more spiritually sensitive.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

7월 23일

이 시간 다같이 미얀마 선교를 위해서 기도합시다.

사도행전 22장에서 바울은 죽음을 당할 수도 있는 위태로운 상황에서도 담대히 복음을 전합니다. 우리에게도 이러한 담대함을 주시도록 기도합시다. 미얀마 선교에는 서로 다른 문화와 언어로 인해 복음 전파에 어려움이 있습니다. 새로운 사람들에게 복음을 전하는 것이 두렵고, 잘 전달할 수 있을지 걱정이 될 수도 있습니다. 하지만 하나님께서 우리와 함께하시면 모든 어려움을 뛰어넘어 복음을 전할 수 있음을 고백합시다. 이 믿음을 가지고 나아갈 때 우리에게 담대함과 말씀을 잘 전달할 수 있는 지혜를 주실 것입니다.

Take this time to pray for the mission in Myanmar.

In Acts 22, Paul boldly shares the Gospel, even in the face of possible death. Pray that we would have the same boldness. In the Myanmar mission, different cultures and languages present challenges to sharing the gospel. We may be afraid to share the gospel with new people and worry about whether we can do it well. But let's confess that if is God with us, we can share the gospel against all challenges. As we move forward with this faith, He will give us boldness and the wisdom to preach the Gospel well.

두번째로는 선교팀의 안전을 위해서 기도합시다.

미얀마는 내전을 겪고 있고 대한민국만큼 치안이 좋은 나라가 아닙니다. 이런 환경으로 나아가는 선교팀이 어려움을 당하지 않도록 기도합시다. 하나님께서 바울을 천부장의 손을 통해 지켜주신 것처럼 선교팀에게도 하나님의 보호하심이 임하기를 기도합시다. 또한 하나님께서 선교 기간동안 선교팀의 건강을 지켜주셔서 선교를 잘 마무리하고 건강히 돌아올 수 있기를 기도합시다.

Second, pray for the safety of the mission team. Myanmar is going through a civil war and is not as safe as South Korea, so pray that the team will not face any difficulties as they go into this environment. Pray that God will protect the team just as He protected Paul through the hands of a Roman commander. Also, pray that God will keep the team healthy during the mission and that they will return home safely.

7월 24일

이 시간 다같이 미얀마 선교를 위해 기도합시다.

첫번째로는 우리에게 미얀마 선교를 향한 확신의 마음을 주시도록 기도합시다.

행23:11)그 날 밤에 주께서 바울 곁에 서서 이르시되 담대하라 네가 예루살렘에서 나의 일을 증언한 것 같이 로마에서도 증언하여야 하리라 하시니라. 아멘

우리가 마얀마로 가는 것이 하나님께서 허락하신 계획임을 확신할 수 있는 기도의 응답을 달라고 기도합시다. 우리가 이 확신 속에서 선교지로 나아가야 흔들리지 않을 수 있습니다.

바울에게 찾아오셔서 로마 비전에 대한 확신을 주신 예수님이 오늘 나에게도 찾아오셔서 미얀마 선교에 대한 확신의 마음을 주시도록 기도합시다.

Let's take this time to pray for the mission in Myanmar.

First, pray that God will give us a heart of conviction for the mission in Myanmar.

Acts 23:11) And the Lord stood by Paul that night, and said unto him, Be of good courage: for as thou hast testified of my works at Jerusalem, so shalt thou also testify at Rome. Amen.

Pray for answers to our prayers that will convince us that going to Mayanmar is God's plan. It is in this conviction that we can go to the mission field with assurance.

Pray that Jesus who came to Paul and gave him confidence in his vision for Rome will come to me today and give me a heart of conviction for the mission to Myanmar.

두번째로는 미얀마 고아원 사역을 위해서 기도합시다.

고아원에 있는 아이들이 우리를 통해서 하나님을 배우고, 또 다른 세상을 알아갈 수 있도록 기도합시다.

또한 우리들이 겸손한 마음으로 아이들의 눈높이에서 사역할 수 있도록 기도합시다.

특별히 아이들의 상황과 수준에 맞는 적절한 사역 프로그램을 준비해갈 수 있는 지혜를 달라고 기도합시다.

Second, pray for the orphanage ministry in Myanmar.

Pray that the children in the orphanage will learn about God and the another world through us.

Pray also that we would be humble enough to minister to the children at their level.

Pray for wisdom to prepare appropriate ministry programs that are specifically tailored to the children's circumstances and levels.

7월 25일

1) 먼저 선교팀의 성령 충만을 위해 기도드립니다.

선교팀이 매일과 같이 하나님의 말씀을 묵상하고 매일과 같이 자신을 비우고 간절히 성령의 이끄심을 구하는 기도로 선교를 준비할 수 있기를 기도합니다.

하나님을 향한 부르짖음으로 선교팀 멤버가 한 사람도 빠짐없이 성령충만을 받을 수 있기를 간구드립니다.

First, let's pray that our mission team members are filled with the Holy Spirit.

We pray that our team will prepare for the mission by earnestly meditating on God's Word and praying, and emptying themselves so that Holy Spirit can lead them.

We pray that as they cry out to God, each and every member of our mission team will be filled with the Holy Spirit.

2) 하나님께서 선교팀의 필요를 채워주시길 기도드립니다.

선교에 꼭 필요한 재정적, 실질적 필요를 채워주셔서 미얀마 현지에서 부족함 없이 하나님의 사랑을 나눌 수 있기를 기도합니다.

예수님의 오병이어, 칠병이어가 우리 선교팀에서도 일어나기를 기대합니다.

Pray that God will provide for the needs of our mission team.

We pray that God will meet the financial and practical needs of the mission so that we can share God's love in Myanmar without lack.

May Jesus' five loaves and two fish can happen in our mission team.

3) 선교팀의 연합을 위해 기도합니다.

선교팀이 예수 그리스도 안에서 하나로 연합되기를 기도합니다.

Pray for unity of our mission team.

We pray that our mission team will be united as one in Jesus Christ.

4) 매인 몸으로도 성령의 이끄심으로 벨릭스 총독 앞에서 당당히 복음을 전파한 바울과 같이

선교팀 또한 어떠한 상황 가운데서도 담대히 복음을 선포하는 담대한 심장을 주시기를 기도합니다.

(눅12:12 마땅히 할 말을 성령이 곧 그 때에 너희에게 가르치시리라 하시니라)

Like Paul, even though he was bound but freed and led by the Holy Spirit, who boldly preached the gospel in front of Governor Felix,

we pray that God will also give the mission team the same brave heart and wisdom to boldly proclaim the gospel in any situation during the mission.

(Luke 12:12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say)

7월 26일

1. 이 시간 함께 미얀마 선교를 향한 길을 열어주시길 기도하겠습니다. 바울이 로마로 가는 길을 열어주신 신실하신 하나님께서 미얀마 선교팀에게도 함께 하시는 줄 믿습니다. 하나님께 쓰임 받을 수 있도록 모두의 상황과 여견을 허락해 주시고, 모든 제약을 풀어주시길 구합니다. 선교팀의 건강과 안전을 지켜주시고 필요한만큼 휴가를 쓸 수 있도록, 또한 갑작스러운 일이 생기지 않길 기도합니다. 그리고 선교팀이 가는 길을 방해하는 모든 악한 영을 대적하며 기도합시다.

2. 다음으로 선교팀이 하나님의 자녀로서 담대함을 갖고 복음을 전하길 위해 기도합니다. 바울은 청문회장에서 아그립바와 버니게와 많은 주요 인사들에게 둘러싸였습니다. 그러나 그는 그들 앞에서 주눅들지 않고 복음을 선포했습니다. 아그립바 왕 같은 이들은 스스로 고귀하고 중요하다 생각하나 하나님의 자녀라는 신분이 세상의 어떤 지위보다도 높은 줄을 믿습니다. 그 정체성을 가지고 복음을 전할 수 있기를 기도합니다. 그리하여 우리를 주눅들게 만드는 어떤 상황에도 흔들리지 않고 성령님에 사로잡혀 복음을 나누길 기도합시다.

3. 마지막으로 주님께서 선교팀을 위험과 공격에서 보호해주시길 기도합니다. 바울을 죽이려 하는 유대인들의 끈질긴 시도가 있었지만 하나님께서 그를 로마까지 인도하셨습니다. 로마 군사들의 호위를 받으며 이동하게 하시고 자연재해 가운데에서도 바울과 그와 함께한 사람들까지 지켜주셨습니다. 주님께서 사랑하시는 미얀마 선교팀 또한 하나님의 보호하시는 손길 아래 모두 건강하고 안전하게 사역할 수 있도록 기도합니다. 그 하나님의 강한 손을 보며 저희도 주님을 찬양하게 되길 기도합시다

1. At this time, let's pray together for God to open the way for missionary work in Myanmar. I believe that faithful God who opened the way for Paul to go to Rome is also with the Myanmar mission team. I ask that God allow everyone’s circumstances and opinions and release all restrictions so that we can be used by God. We pray for the health and safety of the mission team, for them to be able to use vacation as they need, and for unexpected trouble not to happen. And let us pray against all evil spirits that hinder the mission team's path.

2. Next, let us pray for the mission team to preach the gospel with boldness as children of God. In the hearing room, Paul was surrounded by Agrippa, Bernice, and many other important people. However, he did not feel intimidated in front of them and proclaimed the gospel. People like King Agrippa consider themselves noble and important, but we believe the status as children of God is higher than any other status in the world. Let's pray that we can spread the gospel with that identity. So let us pray that we will be captivated by the Holy Spirit and share the gospel without being swayed by any situation that may make us feel intimidated.

3. Lastly, let's pray that the Lord will protect the mission team from danger and attacks. There were persistent attempts by the Jews to kill Paul, but God guided him all the way to Rome. God allowed him to move with the escort of Roman soldiers and protected Paul and those with him even in the midst of natural disasters. Let's also pray for the Myanmar mission team whom the Lord loves so that they can all work healthily and safely under God's protecting hand. Let us pray that as we see the strong hands of God, we too will praise the Lord.

7월29일

첫번째로 미얀마에서 우리의 삶을 통해 경험한 하나님을 나눌 수 있도록 기도합시다.

바울이 아그립바왕 앞에서 겪은 일을 증언한 것처럼, 각자의 삶에서 경험한 하나님을 통해 복음을 전하기 원합니다.

선교를 준비하는 동안 하나님께서 우리의 삶 속에 하신 일들이 잘 정리되고 기억나게 해주시기를 기도합시다.

또한 복음을 전하는 순간에 성령님께서 우리가 말할 바를 생각나게 해주시기를 기도합시다.

Let's pray together for the mission in Myanmar.

First, pray that we would share our experiences of God in our lives in Myanmar. Like Paul's testimony before King Agrippa, we want to share the gospel through our own experiences of God in our lives. Pray that as we prepare for missions, we will be organized and reminded of what God has done in our lives. Pray also that the Holy Spirit will remind us of what to say in the moment of sharing the gospel.

 

두번째로 현지인들과 선교팀의 관계 형성을 위해서 기도합시다.

미얀마 사람들과 선교팀이 서로 교제할 때 성령님께서 함께하여주셔서 그 관계가 지속가능하여지기를 기도합시다.

짧은 시간이지만 예수님 안에서 연합하여 서로를 위해서 기도하고 영적 성장을 도모할 수 있는 관계가 될 수 있도록 기도합시다.

바울이 세운 교회를 살피고 기도했던 것처럼 우리도 사역지에서 만난 사람들을 살피고 기도할 수 있는 성숙함을 가질 수 있도록 기도합시다.

Second, pray for the team to build relationships with the local people. Pray that the Holy Spirit will be present as the team and the people of Myanmar interact with each other, and that the relationships will be sustainable. Pray that the relationships will be short-lived, but united in Jesus, where they can pray for each other and grow spiritually. Pray that we would have the maturity to watch and pray for the people we meet in our ministry, just as Paul watched and prayed for the churches he built.

먼저, 우리의 순결함을 위해서 기도합시다.

성경공부 시간에 공부했듯, 선장과 선원들은 바다의 상황과 위협도 알고 있음에도 육체의 욕망을 따라 위험한 여정을 떠나고자 했습니다.

우리는 어느 때보다 더 순결해야 합니다.

때로 하고 싶은 것이 많아도 그것을 주님 앞에 내려놓을 용기와 결단이 서도록 기도합시다.

우리가 원하는 것이 아니라 하나님이 우리에게 원하는 것이 무엇인지 구하며 기도합시다.

기도하시겠습니다.

Welcome to today's Tuesday prayer meeting.

First, let us pray for our purity.

As we learned in Bible study, the captain and crew wanted to go on a dangerous journey following the desires of their flesh, even though they knew the conditions and threats of the sea.

We must be more pure than ever.

Even though there are times when there are many things we want to do, let us pray that we will have the courage and determination to lay them down before the Lord.

Let us pray and ask for what God wants from us, not what we want.

 

두 번째 묵상 기도입니다.

23 내가 속한 바 곧 내가 섬기는 하나님의 사자가 어제 밤에 내 곁에 서서 말하되

24 바울아 두려워하지 말라 네가 가이사 앞에 서야 하겠고 또 하나님께서 너와 함께 항해하는 자를 다 네게 주셨다 하였으니

25 그러므로 여러분이여 안심하라 나는 내게 말씀하신 그대로 되리라고 하나님을 믿노라

바울은 답답했을 것입니다. 그가 뜻대로 여정이 이루어지지 않고 있고 사람들은 어리석었습니다. 그는 모든 걸 알고 있었음에도 막지 못했고, 불 보듯 뻔함에도 결국 난파를 당하게 됩니다.

한편, 그동안 선원들을 전도할 생각조차 하지 못했던 바울에게 하나님은 그 배의 사람들을 모두 바울에게 주었다고 하십니다.

이 말을 듣고 바울은 상황은 그대로라 두려워도 용기를 낼 수 있었고, 옆 사람들에게 적극적으로 다가갈 수 있었습니다.

오히려 바울의 뜻대로 미항에 머물렀다면 전도할 기회가 없었을텐데, 혼란 속에서도 사람들의 죄성마저도 전도의 기회로 사용하신 하나님의 주권적인 역사가 드러났습니다.

바울이 받은 것과 같은 주님의 개입과 위로, 일하심을 구합시다. 그리고 모든 전도는 주께 달린 일임을 고백합시다. 주어진 모든 상황을 주께 맡기고 음식을 버리고 닻을 끊는 등 한 마음 한 믿음으로 나아갈 때 배에 있던 모든 사람들은 육적인 구원과 함께 영의 구원 또한 받게 됩니다.

우리는 현재 미얀마 선교라는 경험해보지 못한 풍랑을 앞에 두고 모두 같은 배에 탔습니다. 이 경험을 모든 사람들을 구원할 방주로 어떻게 활용하실지 오로지 주님께 달렸습니다.

주님이 이 같은 역사를 이 시대에 지금 선교팀 가운데 다시 만들어 주시도록, 우리와 우리로 말미암은 모든 이들을 전적으로 구원해주시도록 기도합시다.

기도하시겠습니다.

Second prayer is:

23 For the angel of God, to whom I belong and whom I serve, stood by me last night, saying,

24 Do not be afraid, Paul; you must stand before Caesar, and God has granted you all those who sail with you.

25 Therefore, men, take heart. I believe God that it will happen just as he told me.

Paul must have been frustrated. The journey was not going as he had intended, and the people were foolish. Although he knew everything, he could not stop it, and even though it was obvious, he ended up shipwrecked.

On the other hand, God told Paul, who had not even thought of evangelizing the sailors, that all the people on the ship were given to him.

When Paul heard this, he was able to take courage even though he was afraid because the situation was the same, and he was able to actively approach the people around him.

On the contrary, if Paul had stayed in beauty harbor as he had intended, he would not have had the opportunity to evangelize, but God’s sovereign work of using even the sinfulness of the people as an opportunity to evangelize was revealed in the midst of the chaos.

Let us seek the Lord's intervention, comfort, and work as Paul received. Also, let us confess that all evangelism is up to the Lord. When the people entrust all the given situations to the Lord, throw away their food, cut the anchor, and go forward with one heart and one faith, everyone on the boat received salvation both physically and spiritually.

We are all on the same boat facing an unprecedented storm with the Myanmar mission. It is up to the Lord how He will use this experience as an ark to save everyone.

Let us pray that the Lord will create this kind of history again among our mission team in this era, and that He will completely save us and also all who came through us.

7월 31일

이 시간 함께 미얀마 선교사역을 위해 함께 기도하길 원합니다.

1. 먼저 하나님께서 미얀마 선교의 주인이 되심을 인정하고 맡겨드립니다. 사도행전에 기록된 제자든과 바울 사도의 전도 여정은 성령의 이끄심을 고스란히 담고 있습니다. 선교팀이 이 여정을 통해 살아계신 성령의 역사를 몸소 경험하는 시간이 될것을 기대하며 기도합니다.

2. 하나님께서 선교지에서 만나기로 예비하신 아이들을 영육간에 보호해주시기를 기도합니다. 선교지에서 마주하는 갖가지 방해들에도 결국 하나님의 나라와 예수 그리스도의 부활 소망이 아이들의 삶에 전해지는 승리를 믿으며 기도합니다.

 

Let's pray together for missionary work in Myanmar at this time.

1. Let us confess that our Lord is the master of Myanmar missionary work. The missionary team's journey recorded in Acts clearly testifies the Holy Spirit who inspired and led whole mission work. We pray that our missionary team to experience the same Holy Spirit working among us.

2. Let us pray that may our heavenly Father protect the children to meet during mission trip. There might be different kinds of disturbances faced at the missionary site just as recorded in Acts, but we pray, believing in the victory that the kingdom of God and the hope of Jesus Christ to have eventually impact on to the children's lives.
