7월 1일

오늘은 선교팀이 만나는 미얀마 지역 공동체에 초대교회에 같이 교회를 섬길수있는 분량의 신실한 제자들이 세워지기를 기도합시다.

또한, 스데반과 같이 지역사회와 이웃의 반발 속에서도 신실한 증인으로 하나님과 이웃들 앞에 설 수 있는 담대한 하나님의 사람이 세워지기를 기도합니다.

Today let's pray that that faithful disciples who are eager to build up and serve the church just as we see in today's scripture in the Myanmar community where the missionary team will meet.

And like Stephen, may God's people be raised who can stand before God and his neighbors as a faithful witness of Christ despite opposition from the community and neighbors.

3 형제들아 너희 가운데서 성령과 지혜가 충만하여 칭찬 받는 사람 일곱을 택하라 우리가 이 일을 그들에게 맡기고

3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business...8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people...10 And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

7월 2일

Biblical Message from Acts 7

Stephen passionately defends Christianity by showing how belief in Jesus aligns with God's past actions with Israel. He points out how leaders of the time resisted God's messengers and eventually rejected Jesus. Stephen becomes the first Christian martyr, showing his unwavering dedication to Christ and setting an example for future Christians. Throughout his speech, Stephen emphasizes the Holy Spirit's role in guiding and empowering believers. He shows his deep knowledge of Israel's history and beliefs by quoting from the Hebrew Scriptures.

It's tragic that Stephen, who is described as wise and filled with the Holy Spirit, is sentenced to death by those who claim to follow God's law. This irony highlights the conflict between religious authority and spiritual truth. Stephen's death foreshadows the wider persecution of the early Church and marks the beginning of the gospel spreading beyond Jerusalem, especially through Saul's transformation into Paul. Stephen's brave stance and sacrifice become a pivotal moment in Christian history, showing a path forward for believers facing challenges.

Prayer for Myanmar Gospel Mission Trip

1. Stephen’s delivery of gospel message is very clear.

~ Let us pray that every missionary will carry a clear message of the gospel which is deeply rooted in the Word. Just like Stephen, may they verbalize the story of salvation with confidence, conviction, with wisdom and understanding. Grant each missionary the ability to communicate effectively, so that the people of Myanmar can see God’s truth and love.

2. Stephen’s willingness to sacrifice his life for his faith shows how important and worthy the gospel is.

~ Let’s pray that every missionary will have the perseverance and endurance in their calling. When they face challenges and setbacks, their strength be renewed and problems will be solved. May the Holy Spirit help them to remain faithful, and their eyes be opened to trust God’s promises.

3. Stephen being full of Spirit gave him the courage to face persecution

~Let us pray that each missionary will be filled by the Holy Spirit and their mission trip will be out of the overflow of the presence of the God. There will be no “auto pilot” as the Holy Spirit alone will give the words to speak, th knowledge to take upon, the strength to carry on, the joy to get inspired of, and the hope to be reminded of.

 

4. Stephen’s vision of Jesus and his subsequent martyrdom validated the message of the resurrection and Jesus’ ascension.

~Let us pray that each missionary to Myanmar will receive vision from the Lord. And that specific vision will empower them as they carry the banner of Christ to people. May that vision will ignite each missionary’s heart and passion to share the good news of salvation.

5. The death of Stephen has lead early believers to scatter which fulfills Acts 1:8

~ Let us pray that the hearts of the people in Myanmar to be open and receptive to the gospel. Let us ask God to prepare the way for His message to be received with joy and acceptance. Let us pray that God will break down any barriers and soften hearts to the truth of Your love and salvation.

6. The death of Stephen has brought believers closer together, fostering a strong sense of community and mutual support.

~Let us pray that all missionaries to Myanmar will be provided with a strong support system. Let’s pray that they will be blessed with fellowship, encouragement, and the resources they need. Let us pray for more prayer warriors in holding the rope with them, financial supporters, and partners in ministry to stand with them.

 

사도행전 7장의 메세지

스데반은 예수님에 대한 믿음이 과거 이스라엘을 향한 하나님의 행하심과 어떻게 일치하는지 보여줌으로써 기독교를 열정적으로 변호합니다. 그는 당시의 지도자들이 어떻게 하나님의 사자들에게 저항했고 결국 예수님을 거부했는지 지적합니다. 스데반은 최초의 기독교 순교자가 되어 그리스도에 대한 확고한 헌신을 보여주고 미래의 기독교인들을 위한 모범을 보였습니다. 그의 연설 전반에 걸쳐 스데반은 신자들을 인도하고 능력을 주는 성령의 역할을 강조합니다. 그는 히브리어 성경을 인용하여 이스라엘의 역사와 신앙에 대한 깊은 지식을 보여줍니다.

미얀마 복음 선교여행을 위한 기도

1. 스데반은 매우 분명하게 복음을 전합니다.

~ 모든 선교사들이 말씀에 깊이 뿌리를 둔 분명한 복음의 메시지를 전할 수 있도록 기도합시다. 스데반처럼 그들도 산뢰와 확신, 지혜와 명철을 가지고 구원의 이야기를 말로 전하기를 바랍니다. 미얀마 사람들이 하나님의 진리와 사랑을 볼 수 있도록 각 선교사에게 효과적으로 의사소통하는 능력을 허락해 주소서.

2. 믿음을 위해 자신의 목숨을 기꺼이 희생하는 스데반의 의지는 복음이 얼마나 중요하고 가치 있는지를 보여줍니다.

~ 모든 선교사들이 그들의 부르심에 인내와 끈기를 가질 수 있도록 기도합시다. 그들이 도전과 좌절에 직면할 때, 그들의 힘이새로워지고 문제는 해결되길 기도합니다. 성령께서 그들이 신실함을 유지하도록 도와주시고 그들의 눈이 열려 하나님의 약속을 믿게 해주시기를 간구합니다.

3. 스데반은 성령이 충만하여 핍박에 맞설 용기를 얻었습니다

~ 각 선교사가 성령으로 충만하여 그들의 선교여행에 하나님의 임재가 넘치도록 기도합시다. 성령만이 할 말, 받아들여야 할 지식, 계속할 힘, 영감을 얻을 수 있는 기쁨, 상기시킬 희망을 주실 것이기 때문에 '자동 조종 장치'는 없을 것입니다.

 

4. 스데반이 본 예수님의 환상과 그에 따른 순교는 부활과 예수님의 승천에 대한 메시지를 확증해주었습니다.

~ 미얀마 선교사 모두가 주님의 비전을 받을 수 있도록 기도합시다. 그 구체적인 비전이 그들이 그리스도의 깃발을 사람들에게 전할 때 그들에게 힘을 실어줄 것입니다. 그러한 비전이 각 선교사의 마음과 열정에 불을 붙여 구원의 좋은 소식을 나누기를 구합니다.

5. 스데반의 죽음은 사도행전 1장 8절을 성취하도록 초기 신자들을 흩어지게 만들었습니다.

~ 미얀마 사람들의 마음이 열려져 복음을 받아들일 수 있도록 기도합시다. 그분의 메시지가 기쁨과 수용으로 받아들여질 수 있는 길을 준비해달라고 하나님께 간구합시다. 하나님께서 모든 장벽을 허물고 마음을 부드럽게 하여 그의 사랑과 구원의 진리를 받아들이도록 기도합시다.

6. 스데반의 죽음으로 신자들은 더 가까워졌고, 강한 공동체 의식과 서로 간의 지원이 조성되었습니다.

~미얀마에 파송되는 모든 선교사들에게 강력한 지원 체계가 제공되도록 기도합시다. 그들이 친교와 격려, 필요한 자원으로 축복받을 수 있도록 기도합시다. 그들과 함께 밧줄을 잡고 있는 더 많은 기도의 전사들, 재정적 후원자들, 그리고 그들과 함께할 사역의 동역자들을 위해 기도합시다.

7월 3일

[Prayer for Missonary with Acts 8]

1. As Stephen’s faithfulness had become an opportunity for Gospel to be spread beyond Judah to Samaria, we pray that God will use our mission trip as the opportunity for spreading of the Gospel all over the Myanmar country.

2. As the Gospel was protected by Holy Spirit from severe persecution and cults, we pray that God will always protect and guide us from difficulties that we might face, and God will lead us to good way from the beginning to the end of this missionary.

3. We pray that we can become true servants of God. As Philip surrendered to the God’s command and went to the desert road to spread the Gospel, we pray that may we always let ourselves down, be sensitive to God’s voice, and surrender to his commands for spreading the Gospel. We pray that He will do miraculous things that we can’t even imagine with our understanding and knowledge.

스데반의 신실함으로 복음이 유다에서 사마리아까지 확장되었던 것처럼, 하나님께서 우리의 선교여행을 통해 미얀마 전역에 복음이 확장될 수 있는 기회가 되기를 기도합니다.

As the Gospel was protected by Holy Spirit from severe persecution and cults, we pray that God will always protect and guide us from difficulties that we might face, and God will lead us to good way from the beginning to the end of this missionary.

성령님께서 박해와 이도교들로부터 복음을 지켜주신 것처럼 우리 또한 하나님께서 선교 여행 중에 마주할 많은 어려움들로부터 보호해주실 것을 기도합니다. 하나님께서 선교 여행의 시작과 끝까지 선한 길로 인도해주실 것을 기도합니다.

We pray that we can become true servants of God. As Philip surrendered to the God’s command and went to the desert road to spread the Gospel, we pray that may we always let ourselves down, be sensitive to God’s voice, and surrender to his commands for spreading the Gospel. We pray that He will do miraculous things that we can’t even imagine with our understanding and knowledge.

빌립이 하나님의 말씀에 순종하여 사막으로 가 에티오피아 내시에게 복음을 전했던 것처럼, 우리 또한 우리 자신을 내려놓고, 하나님에 음성에 귀기울이며 복음전파를 위해 순종하는 우리가 될 수 있도록 기도합시다. 우리의 순종을 통해 하나님께서 놀라우신 일을 행하시기를 기도합시다.

7월 4일

기도문 올려드리겠습니다.

오늘 첫 번째로 기도할 것은,

무엇보다도 아버지 하나님과의 개인적이고 친밀한 마음,

그리고 그분과의 사귐을 구하는 기도를 할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다!

4땅에 엎드러져 들으매 소리가 있어 이르시되 사울아 사울아 네가 어찌하여 나를 박해하느냐 하시거늘

5대답하되 주여 누구시니이까 이르시되 나는 네가 박해하는 예수라

사도 바울은 여러 가지 개인적인 경험들, 그리고 나아가서 다양한 고민과 생각들이 있었지만

결국 하나님과의 만남을 바탕으로 인생의 전환점을 맞게 됩니다.

우리가 이룰 많은 일들은 하나님과의 관계, 인격적이고 개인적인 만남을 통해 이루어지며,

모든 일은 결국 주님과의 인격적인 사귐을 바탕으로 해야 합니다.

더욱 큰 일을 구할수록 인격적이고 깊은 사귐 속에서 말씀 하시는 목소리를 들어야할 것입니다.

따라서 먼저 친밀한 마음을 먼저 회복하고, 주께서 원하시는 것이 있으신지,

어떤 것을 원하시는지 겸손히 여쭙고 청중하는 시간을 가집시다.

기도하시겠습니다.

오늘 두 번째로 기도할 것은,

성령님의 일하심과, 쓰임 받기 위해 기도하시면 좋겠습니다.

29또 주 예수의 이름으로 담대히 말하고 헬라파 유대인들과 함께 말하며 변론하니 그 사람들이 죽이려고 힘쓰거늘

30형제들이 알고 가이사랴로 데리고 내려가서 다소로 보내니라

31그리하여 온 유대와 갈릴리와 사마리아 교회가 평안하여 든든히 서 가고 주를 경외함과 성령의 위로로 진행하여 수가 더 많아지니라

저희가 하는 모든 일들은 성령님의 위로와 주관으로 진행되어야 할 것입니다.

그렇지 않고 저희의 의로 행하는 모든 활동은 의미 없는 꽹과리의 소리와도 같을 것입니다.

성령으로 말미암지 않고는 그 누구도 복음을 이해할 수 없고,

애초에 저희가 이렇게 복음을 전하고자 하기 이전에

복음을 먼저 받아들일 수 있었던 건,

성령님의 터치가 있었기 때문일 것입니다.

복음을 전한다는 건 결국 성령님께서 하시고자 하시는 일을 이해하고,

그분이 바라보시는 방향에 있는 사람들을 함께 내다보는 것이며,

그분이 계획하셨던 것에 참여하는 것이기에,

그분의 주도 하에 당연히 교회가 평안하여 든든히 서고, 수가 많아지는 일이

여러 박해에도 불구하고 일어나는 것일 것입니다.

저희가 하고자 하는 일이 성령님께서 주도하고 보호하지 않으시는 것이 아니라면,

쓰임 받는 일 또한 없을 것입니다.

현재의 모습은 약하나,

주께서는 약한 자를 들어 쓰시고 강한 자를 부끄럽게 하신다고 하셨으니,

저희가 성령 충만하고, 그분이 바라보시는 일들을 제대로 보게 해달라고 기도합시다.

바울처럼 적극적으로 성령의 위로를 받고

쓰임 받는 사람 되기를 기도합시다.

1. 우리를 모으신 주님을 찬양
